How do I plan a trip to Bologna?

Can different people join different activities on the same day?
Yes. Choose who joins each activity from your trip’s travelers, then check options for that group. Review the image, star rating, review count, timing and booking details inside the planner before adding it. Availability and price depend on the date, selected travelers, option and time. If an age range crosses a ticket cutoff, narrow it before checking. Recheck before continuing to Viator; a quote does not reserve tickets.
Can I save my itinerary and use it on another device?
Yes. Create a free Tour Hub account and verify your email to save your trips. Sign in with that account on any Tour Hub site or another device to open your private guides, edit your plans and update the booking checklist.
Does marking an activity as booked make a reservation?
No. The checklist records your own booking status. Complete each booking with Viator and use its confirmation as your booking record. When you mark an activity booked, its last saved quoted amount stays fixed in your guide. That amount is a planning record, not a verified payment or receipt. Tour Hub does not take payment or automatically confirm purchases.
How is the activity total calculated?
Your activity total adds each selected group’s quoted cost once. Unbooked prices update automatically while you use your guide, and are checked again before you continue to Viator. Marked-booked activities keep their recorded amount. Missing or older prices remain identified when a check cannot complete. Meals, accommodation, transfers, car rental and other unquoted costs are separate. No budget limits which activities you can choose.
